2nd 25th Judicial District Probation
Community Service Restitution Program
The Community Service Restitution Program provides offenders supervised by the probation department with uncompensated work assignments at local non-profit community organizations or governmental entities approved by the administrative judge and designated by the department. Through community service hours, offenders provide a form of restitution to the community in which they committed their crime. Offenders are held accountable for their actions by completing work hours for that community. The public benefits from the work completed and offenders learn work skills, responsibility, and respect for community property.
