COMMUNITY SERVICE RESTITUTION PROGRAM
The 2nd 25th Judicial District Community Service Restitution Program provides offenders supervised by the probation department with uncompensated work assignments at local non-profit community organizations or governmental entities approved by the administrative judge and designated by the department.
Offenders provide a form of restitution to the community in which they committed their crime through the community restitution program. Offenders are held accountable for their actions by completing work hours for that community. The public benefits from the work completed and offenders learn work skills, responsibility, and respect for community property.
Offenders may only perform CSR with a non-profit agency contracted with the CSCD. The CSCD retains a list of approved CSR sites the offender can access.
